Let’s get you up and running as quickly as possible. These are the bare bones you need. Everything else can be added and modified later:
- Quickly run through the basic Site Settings
- Set up one or more Buildings
- Set up one or more Rental Units in those buildings
- Set Up your Bank Account and Payment Methods so that you can enter your expenses and rent payments, and reconcile them for your accountant
That’s it. Now you can either add more details and photos to the Rental Units or add Tenants and Create Leases for them.
